Job Summary:

Join our young, dynamic, and passionate team based in Barcelona, working in a co-working office environment. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively develop a business plan to enhance brand recognition within your assigned region. Your daily tasks will involve educating, guiding, and supporting prospects and new clients, providing top-notch consulting in the Private Jet industry.

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Selling our services to customers and representing the brand, including conducting through needs assessments, delivering presentations, and maintaining customer relationships.

  • Engaging with potential leads through various channels such as email, phone, text, and social media.

  • Establishing and managing a portfolio of clients by identifying new prospects through cold calling, networking, and managing online inquiries.

  • Negotiating with leads, utilizing persuasive techniques to address objections and secure mutually beneficial deals.

  • Cultivating long-term relationships with both clients and suppliers.

  • Managing executive charter bookings from initial inquiry to completion.

 

Location: You will be based in our co-working office in Barcelona.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Full working proficiency in English.

  • Additional Proficiency in French is high preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound cold calling with a proven track record.

  • Experience in private jet charter sales preferred 

  • Ability to consistently surpass sales financial targets.

  • Expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure, with high motivation and a positive attitude.

  • Detail-oriented and target-driven.

  • Hardworking and flexible, as this role requires dedication beyond regular working hours.
